Welcome to The Busy Mum Club! A 4 week plan to do either at home or the gym in just 15 minutes.

  • You will need a pair of dumbbells (you choose between 2-5kg) and a sofa or chair.
  • 4 Workouts that will progressively get tougher each week. 1 workout will be performed 3/4 x per week.
  • Workouts are designed to be a challenge, so calling all that want to work hard and want results, no faffing around!
  • Warm up and cool down sections are included

    I brought the Busy Mum Club for my mum to do at home and she loves it! She tries to workout in the living room twice a week, she is feeling so much better about herself and has tons more energy. Thank you Carly!
