The Busy Mum Club
Welcome to The Busy Mum Club! A 4 week plan to do either at home or the gym in just 15 minutes.
- You will need a pair of dumbbells (you choose between 2-5kg) and a sofa or chair.
- 4 Workouts that will progressively get tougher each week. 1 workout will be performed 3/4 x per week.
- Workouts are designed to be a challenge, so calling all that want to work hard and want results, no faffing around!
- Warm up and cool down sections are included
